To request an amendment, please utilize the SUPPORT to contact Customer Service.

 

Required Information

For verification purposes, you must provide the following information:

  • Screenshot of the transaction

  • ARC pictures: Images of your ARC, front and back

Please note that your request will be processed only after all required information has been submitted.

 

Processing Time

All order amendment requests are processed exclusively during working days.
