About Registration

Q : Why is my QPAY Account not yet active or verified ?
A : To comply with Taiwanese government regulations, we are required to verify the information of all new members. Identity authorization requires an ARC (Alien Resident Certificate in Taiwan), a selfie, and a signature. Please note that our team may take a few hours to complete this verification process.

Q: What I documents should I provide?
ARC (Alien Resident Certificate in Taiwan): Please provide clear, solid photos of your ARC. Photos that are blurred, glared, or cropped will not be accepted.
Selfie: A selfie of you holding your ARC.
Signature: Your signature, which must match the signature in your passport.

Q : What does it means "data is invalid" ?
A : invalid data means your ARC is no longer valid, please ask your employer if they renew your ARC.

Q : Why can't I register and there's a notification "your ARC has been registered" ?
A : It means your ARC already has been registered, because 1 ARC number can only register once. You should "LOG IN" instead of registering again.

Q : I forgot my password ?
A : For user security, if you forgot your password, please go to login page and click "Forgot Password" in your QPAY APP to change your password.

Q : Why I didn't get a SMS verification code??
A : Please ensure the 10-digit phone number you entered (e.g., 0987654321) is correct and active.

Q: Didn't Get the SMS?
A1: Click "Resend SMS" on the verification page.
A2: If the "Resend SMS" button is missing, contact Customer Service on Facebook or SUPPORT in the Qpay app immediately.

Q : If I am Filipino, but married to a Taiwanese, can I register in Qpay?
A : Sorry, you can't. Due to the rules from Taiwan Government, QPay only provides remittance service for blue-collar migrant workers. If your status is not a migrant worker, including married or student status, you are not allowed to register QPay.
