Special rate notifications will only appear as a pop-up message on your phone during the active special rate period

Didn't Receive Notification?

If you didn't get the special rate notification, check your phone's settings:

  • Go to your phone's settings

  • Find "Quickpay" in your app settings

  • Make sure "Notifications" are turned on (Exact steps may vary by phone model)
