STEP 1

Click "Login"

Click "FORGOT PASSWORD"

STEP 3

Fill up your information
Click "SUBMIT"

Enter
*ARC
*SMS verification code that send to your phone(SMS: Hello QPAY member! Your temporary password is 12345. Enter this password in the password column)
Click "LOGIN"

Create New password on the next page
Click "OK"

STEP 6

Create New password
Confirm New password

Click "SEND"

Now you can login with your New Password
