Q : How much money can I send per transaction?
Per Transaction Limits

  • Cash Pickup: Maximum of 29,999 PHP per transaction.

  • Bank Account Transfers: Maximum of NT$30,000 per transaction.

  • Per transaction limits is inclusive of transaction fees

Cumulative Transaction Limits

  • Monthly Limit: A maximum cumulative amount of NT$50,000  is permitted per month.

  • Annual Limit: A maximum cumulative amount of NT$500,000 is permitted per year.

  • Cumulative Transaction limits is exclusive of transaction fees

 

Q : Can I send to other banks than BPI, BDO or LANDBANK?

Q : How long will it take to receive the money for Bank to Bank?

Transaction Speed

  • BPI, BDO, and Landbank accounts: Funds are typically credited within 10 minutes.

  • Other banks:

    • Transactions initiated before 3:00 PM CST will be credited on the same day.

    • Transactions initiated after 2:00 PM CST will be credited on the next business day.

Large Transactions

  • Transactions exceeding PHP 50,000 will be credited within two business days.

Incorrect Recipient Information OR bank account issues

  • Should the provided recipient bank name or account number be incorrect, the processing of the transaction may take 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends.

  • If the providing bank account has reach monthly limit, dormant or closed, your order won't be credited

Transaction still in PAID / PROCESS / DONE for more than 1 day?

Q : How much is the Transfer Fee/Service Fee? 

Our standard service fees are as follows:

  • Bank/GCash Transactions: NT$99

  • Cash Pick-up: NT$149

Please note that promotional offers may periodically reduce these fees. We also offer opportunities to waive service fees through our customer loyalty program (points collection) and referral program.

Q : What is the business hours for the cash pick up locations ?

Monday to Sunday from 09:00~17:00, except for BDO Remit branches (Monday to Friday)and the business hours may different in the national holidays.

Q : What is the difference between INSTAPAY and PESONET?

       InstaPay and PESONet are electronic fund transfer services under the Philippines' National Retail Payment System (NRPS) that allow users to transfer funds between participating banks and e-money issuers. InstaPay is ideal for immediate, smaller, or urgent transactions (real-time, up to ₱50,000), while PESONet is best for large or bulk, non-urgent transactions (same-day/next-day, no fixed cap).
